Shipping Policy

Below you will find the shipping methods we use based on the cost, product’s weight, and shipping speed to your address.

Most orders ship from our Israeli warehouse while some SKUs are also stored in our US warehouse, located in Kentucky.

  • Orders that are shipped from Israel can be shipped via EMS.
    • Valid for all countries.
  • Orders that are shipped from the US, will be shipped via USPS Priority, UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Shipment.
    • Only valid for US customers.

Order proceccing time depends on the time of you purchase:

  • If you purchse between Sunday - Wednesday, the procssing time will take up to 24 hours.
  • If you purchase in Thursday - Saturday then your order will be processing on Sunday.

EMS – Express Mail Service (Israel Post)

  • Shipping time: usually 3-7 business days, however, at the moment, Israel Post can not commit to it).
  • Offers worldwide shipping.

USPS Priority: 1-3 business days

  • Eco Post by Israel Post
    • Shipping time is should be 4-17 business day, however, in the last year, Israel Post has proved that they can't even commit to 30 business days shipping time and therefore, we decided to remove this shipping method from our website.
    • Price is almost half compared to EMS
    • Limited to 2KG per package.
    • If you want your order to be shipped via this shipping method:
      • You will be liable to any issues, including the package getting lost along the way.
      • You will need to spcifically request it via the contact us page.
  • Regular Air Mail by Israel Post
    • Shipping time is should be 7-21 business day, however, in the last year, Israel Post has proved that they can't even commit to 30 business days shipping time and therefore, we decided to remove this shipping method from our website.
    • Price is below half compared to EMS
    • Limited to 2KG per package.
    • If you want your order to be shipped via this shipping method:
      • You will be liable to any issues, including the package getting lost along the way.
      • You will need to spcifically request it via the contact us page.

Notes:

  • We combine shipping for multiple-item orders.
  • You get the tracking number for each order.
  • The tracking number is sent directly to your email address after we ship the order with a link to trace it.

ZFI-Inc Return Policy:

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund with the following conditions

  • The return request must be made in less than 30 days of receiving the order by opening a return inquiry through the Contact Us
  • The products and its packaging must be in perfect condition. If you’re not sure about the condition, send us a photo of the order.
  • The customer is responsible for returning the order. The return address will be provided by mail. Taking into consideration the customer’s location, we will furnish the closest warehouse location.
  • The customer will be able to exchange his order for another product or request a refund:
    • ZFI-Inc will ship the exchanged product free of charge.
    • If the customer requests a refund, the refund will be given by the same method as the original payment. For example, if the customer paid with PayPal, he would receive a refund through PayPal. If he paid via credit card, he would receive the refund directly to his credit card. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 7 business days to be processed by the credit card company.
  • If the customer received an incorrect product or a malfunctioning product, ZFI-Inc would take on the expenses of returning the order and exchanging it.

There are no further restrictions on returns. The customer can return any ZFI-Inc purchased product.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you make a cancellation request within six hours of payment, send us a cancellation request through the Contact Us
  • You can cancel backorder items before the product ships by sending us a cancellation request through the Contact Us
  • If your order has already been shipped, leave us a message through the Contact Us page and refuse the package when you are notified about it. After the tracking information shows that the package is rerouted back to us, we will refund your payment.
  • Cancellation will not incur a restocking fee from the customer side.
  • If the customer wishes to return a product he already received, he should follow the return policy
