Backorder Policy

If All or Part of an Order Is On Backorder:

  • If your entire order is on backorder, we will wait for the products to arrive. If there is a delay with a portion of your order, we’ll offer to split the order and ship the in-stock items promptly. This added shipment will incur an additional shipping cost.
  • If part of your order is on backorder, we’ll offer to split the order into two or more shipments. Each additional shipment will incur an added shipping cost. You may choose to wait for the back-ordered items to arrive.

If the Entire Order Is In Stock:

  • In this case, you will receive the tracking number within 12-24 hours if you made the purchase between Sunday and Wednesday. Otherwise, you will receive it on Sunday.
  • In the case that we contacted you about a product that is currently on backorder, even though it was specified as in stock on our website. Then we will offer to split the order free of charge or to cancel the backorder items.

Note: Since we have different stock in each warehouse, there may be a case where we would need to send part of your order from one warehouse and the other part from another. This procedure is standard. In this case, on the day it ships, you will receive each tracking number.
